In order to be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be retained in its original packaging.
Timeframe for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return request. Please note that requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please send an email to mister.hawk.5e@icloud.com. In your email, include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Please send an email to the contact address to obtain the return address and further instructions. Do not ship your items back without first receiving confirmation and the correct return address from our support team.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated above. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 7-14 days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
